Pilates and mind offers mindful movement sessions in my home studio, your home, or virtually. Private training sessions and programs are designed for the unique needs of your body. Pilates on the mat and reformer can address postural concerns and core strength and endurance. Pilates combined with strength training can be tremendously helpful to address bone health as well as overall fitness. Mindful movement sessions focus on nervous system regulation and emodiment in a trauma-informed format.

Sessions focus on emodiment, stress-reduction and somatic issues stemming from chronic tension. Sessions are trauma-informed.
