Welcome to Pilates and Mind

Pilates and Mind incorporates Pilates Fitness and Mindbody wellness in a client centered approach.  Pilates and Mind offers individualized and small group training sessions (currently online only).  Clients have the opportunity to address their unique needs through a deeper level of work that incorporates wellness of the mind.  Sessions can address physical challenges and obstacles while incorporating stress and anxiety reduction.  Sessions are led by Leslie Miller, LICSW who is a certified classically trained Pilates Instructor and Psychotherapist.
