Private Pilates on the Mat (Virtual)
The mat is the full expression of the Pilates Method and offers a challenging workout. Sessions are tailored to your personal goals and may incorporate bands, resistance ball, light weights or your own body-weight. Sessions may incorporate light cardio for those seeking a more intense mat workout.
Private Pilates on the Equipment (Virtual)
Equipment sessions are offered virtually for those clients who have equipment (Reformer/Tower/Chair) at home. Clients must have had prior in-studio instruction and are familiar with equipment that they are working out on.

Connect to group Pilates on the Mat class via Zoom. Limited to 8 participants.

Mindfulness Wellness Session
